VHS tapes come in three flavors:
NTSC used in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Japan (Ordering details covered in Ordering USA version section)
PAL used in the UK,Spain, Germany, Italy, Scandanavia, Australia, New Zealand, and Many other countries
SECAM used primarily in France and the former Soviet Union
(former Soviet Union countries are in a state of change so please which format they are using.)
Since our New England tape does not have a narration, it is easy for people the world over
to enjoy it regardless of their native language. If you have friends or family abroad, this is
the ideal tape to share with them! If you are from New England and going abroad, this makes a
wonderful gift to bring along
Presently, the guidebook which is enclosed with each tape is only available in English and is enclosed with each tape regardless of format. We appologize for
the higher price of international format tapes. But they are produced in much smaller runs than the USA version and are consequently more expensive to produce.

The Dolphin's Eye is delighted to offer all three formats. Please note that these formats
will only work in a VCR designed for that format tape. Attempting to play a tape designed for one
format in a VCR designed for another format tape will result in no image being shown. Please check the format
for the country you are going to send a tape to prior to ordering.
